The short version: everything here is free, it is education and inspiration rather than professional advice, and what you do with it is your call. We do not promise income, jobs or results. Please read the rest, it is short.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
AI Billionaire Mindset ("we", "us") runs this website, the free playbooks on it, and the email newsletter. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. No guarantees of results
We share ideas, prompts, workflows and opinions about AI, technology, careers and money. They are general information for educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, career or employment advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by reading them.
Results vary. We make no promise that you will earn money, land a job, get an interview, pass an applicant tracking system, or achieve any other outcome. Any examples, numbers or stories are illustrative and not typical. Decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility. Where the stakes are real, consult a qualified professional.
3. Using AI tools with our prompts
The playbooks ask you to paste prompts into third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or invented. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it, and never submit false information about yourself, for example in a resume or application. You are responsible for what you paste into an AI tool, including other people's personal or confidential data.
4. Your account with us
There are no accounts, only email subscriptions. By subscribing you confirm the address is yours and you agree to receive the emails described at signup. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your data.
5. Our content and your use of it
The text, prompts, design, logo and other material on this site and in our emails belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may:
- use the playbooks and prompts for your own personal or business purposes, including editing and adapting the prompts;
- print or save a copy for yourself;
- share links to our pages.
You may not resell, republish, redistribute or bundle our content, or present it as your own, without written permission. Our name and logo may not be used to suggest endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or the subscriber list, submit email addresses that are not yours, or use our forms to send spam. We may block access from anyone who does.
7. Third-party links and tools
We link to and mention tools, services and social platforms we find useful. Some links may be affiliate links, in which case we say so where the link appears. We are not responsible for third-party sites, tools, their content, pricing or their handling of your data.
8. Availability
The site and playbooks are provided free and "as is". We aim to keep them available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors, and we may change, pause or remove any content at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, lost profit, lost opportunity or other consequence arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, the playbooks, our emails or any third-party tool we mention. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Future paid products
We plan to offer paid products and a community. Those will come with their own terms, prices and refund conditions, presented before you buy. These terms continue to apply to the free content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence. EU and EEA consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or stay subscribed after a change means you accept the updated terms.
