Privacy policy
The short version: we ask for your email so we can send you the free playbooks and one short email a week. We never sell or rent it. You can leave with one click, any time. The rest of this page explains the details in plain language.
1. Who we are
AI Billionaire Mindset ("we", "us") publishes content about AI tools, technology and mindset on Instagram, Threads and this website. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect and why

We do not collect your name, payment details or anything else through this site. If we launch paid products, a separate notice will cover them.
3. Double opt-in
When you enter your email we send one confirmation message. Nothing else is sent until you tap the link in it. If you never confirm, we keep the pending record for 30 days and then delete it.
4. Your progress in the playbooks
The playbooks remember which steps you have completed. That information is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never reaches our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and our emails contain no tracking pixels. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records the page, referrer, country and device type, and uses a hashed identifier that is discarded after a day. It cannot identify you and is not linked to your email address.
6. Who processes your data for us
We use a small number of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the website and runs our signup code.
- Neon Inc. (USA) stores the subscriber list in a database.
- Resend Inc. (USA) delivers our emails.
Where these providers process data outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone else. Sponsors, if any, never receive the list.
7. How long we keep it
- Active subscribers: for as long as you stay subscribed.
- Unconfirmed signups: 30 days.
- Unsubscribed addresses: we keep a minimal record that you opted out, so we do not accidentally email you again. Ask us and we delete it entirely.
- Bounced or complained addresses: kept on a suppression list so they are never emailed again.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act you can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email. It works instantly and needs no login.
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct or delete it.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no) or your local supervisory authority.
Email hello@aibillionairemindset.com for anything except unsubscribing, which you can do yourself. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster.
9. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored in an encrypted database. Confirmation and unsubscribe links are signed so they cannot be guessed. Access to the subscriber list is limited to the people who run this brand.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has subscribed, tell us and we will delete the record.
11. Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and, for material changes, tell subscribers by email. The date at the top shows the latest version.
